Do you think all living creatures have feelings and feel pain

I think animals can detect when a human is being kind. People that work in the natural world know how important it is for animals to fear man. Once an animal loses its fear, they can no longer live in that environment. That is an example of human kindness.

Very often man has come to the aid of animals in the wild & I think the debt has been paid back numerous times. We may not always see it, but there is evidence of it.

I regret killing anything just for the sake of killing it. Life is important & all living creatures need a chance & an opportunity to be understood.

This is an excellent question. I only wish I was bright enough to answer such a complex question.

I do believe they have feelings. I also believe that some animals have emotions.
On a sad note, my wonderful cat Puff Puff was hit by a car on Tue. I had been calling around to animal control offices and vets. One had a report of it. I am so sad. I hope he went quick and did not suffer.

I think all animals have all sorts of emotions and feelings. If a mother zebra loses one of her babies, does not she cry too?? All animals have feeling, and actually have emotions. We're technically animals anyway. Lol

I did not know that until my Father passed away, He had a lifetime friend a wonderful Golden Lab, named Krista
She was so broken hearted when Dad died, She passed away three weeks later
of starvation refusing to eat, so if anyone tells you they do not have feeling go visit my Fathers grave i had Crista is ashes were spread over his grave site.

all of god is creatures feel pain, although they may not be able to let you know about it they do feel pain, like we do, even though we cannot hear or feel like other animals and bugs, and critters, they speak their own language, like we do, so please be thoughtful and caring of all god is creatures, some day you may be re-incarnated as something other than a human, and then you will see ...love all creatures

Yes, all creaturs feel pain. Each species experience it on different levels. Speaking strictly on a bloody wounds level I've seen dogs & cats recover from wounds that would kill most humans. Without medical care. Smaller brains than human have no regret or fear of death. Even in the Human mind Major pain can be blocked or ignored. Now You mention God. Supposedly He created mosquitoes that infect Men with Malaria. If u r a believer & a child of God ??why would ur father inflict maralia on you? Polio? Cancer? TB? I have no need of a God like that. If u r trusting in God u know the Bible says all animals were put on earth for the use of Man. That means u can eat fish & fowl & beef & pork & insects if u wish. God is law is pretty much the same as Darwin......Kill or be Killed. Real world. Get used to it. It will last ur whole life.

LOL~~well, I learned something new about Guinea Pigs. Maybe that explains my aging old doggie (from the local shelter) bouncing around - even tho on some days he can not hardly walk without hurting ( I give him half an asprin) - plus he is selectively blind -(or has cataracts). I do not know how old he is, but sometimes I lose patience with him because he moves so much slower than the other 2 younger ones (duh!!) & I get angry & yell at him. He looks then like I've hurt his feelings.. .yes. I probably have hurt the poor ol'guy is feelings!!

Yes, I think so because like, you know how you kill ants with a spray? Well, it kind of looks like they're in pain. i believe that every animal feels pain and has feelings becuase evry animal is a mother and father even spiders care for there young so yes i belive that everything has feelings and feels pain

dude, if they have a brain, they have a nervous system, & if u have a nervous system u have nerves, & nerves feel pain & hurt. Yes even bugs feel pain! Its the only way a creature would know not to do something stupid twice. If they didnt feel pain they would fry in a fire, freeze in ice, or get impaled on spines of plants so on & so forth. Also yes they have emotion but there emotions r based around instict & natural order. They dont feel it as acute as we do but they do feel emotion.

Yes, not feeling pain means you can destroy your body without noticing and that is not very good.

Animals do not experience emotion like people do. But they sure as hellfire do feel pain. That is what the nervous system is for!
